Something just doesn't add up. You said you withdrew CHZ using the Chiliz network from Binance but the only options I see there are BEP-2 and ERC-20 (using mobile app). There was no BSC or native chain. Would you mind making it clear for us?
Chiliz Chain option only shows up on certain Chiliz fan tokens that are available on Binance like PSG, BAR, JUV etc. the purpose of the chain is so that the token are easily sent between binance and chiliz.net or socios

It seems to me that if I can somehow add the chiliz blockchain network to my metamask wallet, I can fix it.
It's the only way you can recover those tokens and be able to send them out of the address. Having just a private key or seeds alone won't help

It is a token that is also listed on binance on Og fan token. They all appear on explorer.chiliz.com. Socios.com customer service says to contact chiliz.

I think that would work but how would you do it? I mean BSC address is different from the CHZ address and their private key. Although, I don't think it's possible to have the same address to a different contract. I hate to say it but maybe your token is gone for good if you can't recover that wallet address.

I hope there might be a way to recover it faster if their support is responding. It seems that they don't have a working customer support which means it's risky to put money on their exchange if something's going wrong.

This seems like it will take a long time. I don't know when customer service will respond. But I think they can fix this problem.

I'll wait for Chiliz to develop its own system and add it to metamask or wait for customer service to get in touch.

Frankly, I think there must be a way around this. The only problem is that I haven't found it yet. I am trying to reach Chiliz customer service via message. They haven't responded yet but I have no choice but to try. Since I have little technical knowledge, I may not be able to do a very simple operation, I am trying to learn it from people who have knowledge.

Let me explain my mistake again.

I wanted to transfer tokens from my Binance global account to my binance wallet account. Binance gave me two options to send. The first was sending over the bsc network, and the other over the chz network. I chose the chz network when I should have chosen the bsc network absentmindedly. When I checked on Binance, I realized that I made a mistake and clicked on the link with the txid link. My tokens show up on the chz blockchain network, but I don't know how to get them back to my binance account from there.

I went to binance's withdrawal page to send tokens from my Binance global account to my binance smart chain wallet, but I accidentally selected the CHZ network instead of the BSC network. With the txid number, I can see the tokens on the  Chz blockchain network, but naturally it is not reflected in the wallet. Because the wallet is connected to the BSC or ETH network, the address I sent is also connected to the BSC network. I don't know how it would work without adding the rpc of the CHZ network to Metamask or Turstwallet. By the way, my wallet address is already visible on the Chz blockchain network.

I can't reach Chiliz customer service. What do I need to do to save the tokens?

I am not quite familiar with CHZ, but I think it would be difficult for you to recover in my own opinion huh.
But there's nothing to lose if you won't contacting their support, but if it took weeks and no response yet for their
customer support, that's the big problem and the chances is very closed to nothing.

It seems so, but I have no choice but to try.

I sent og fan token from my Binance global address to my binance smart chain wallet using the chz network, but it did not arrive in my binance smart chain wallet. When I look at the txid number, I can see my og fan tokens and my binance smart chain wallet address. I don't know what to do to get the tokens back. When I enter the token contract number on my metamask address or binance smart chain wallet address, og my fan tokens do not appear. I've been waiting to hear from Chiliz customer service for a month but no one was interested.

What other explanation do you want?
Op, is this your first time to send token or not?

Maybe you should wait a little longer or double check everything first because I don't want to blame the exchanges here since they may seems legit according to my research, although, the saddest part is you can't connect to their customer support.

Do you see that your token got confirmation in your metamask? There should be a pop up confirmation if it is successfully sent to your BSC wallet.

When I look at the withdrawal page in Binance global, I see my txid number and it says the transaction was successful. When I click on the txid link, it directs me to the link on explorer.chiliz.com and I can see my tokens there. What is wrong here is that I accidentally chose the chz network instead of the bsc network and tried to send it to my binance smart chain wallet.

It seems to me that if I can somehow add the chiliz blockchain network to my metamask wallet, I can fix it.

By the way, this is not my first token submission, I've made a lot of mistakes here, because I was distractedly trying to trade when I just got back from work.

~ It shows the token as Erc-20 but when I add the contract address it does not show up. Could there be a problem with the contract address?

Isnt CHZ using Ethereum blockchain? Have you try to import your priv-key or phrase to Ethereum and see if your token there?
OP decided to transfer tokens using the Chiliz Chain and there's no information about Chiliz chain mainnet  anywhere.

I transferred my private key and phrase but it doesn't show up. I can see them all with txid number. I am writing to Chiliz customer service but they have not replied to me

https://explorer.chiliz.com/eth-rpc-api-docs

https://explorer.chiliz.com/api-docs  I don't understand how to add it to the wallet from here or is it possible to add it to the wallet this way? How do I get the tokens back into my binance account?

It shows the token as Erc-20 but when I add the contract address it does not show up. Could there be a problem with the contract address?

0x7bcb8bB59298ba3Aed51a6a0348187Ba4ffD1c69 this is the contract address of the token.

That infor won't help since it is of Ethereum network. What you need to do is talk to Chiliz support so that they can get you information like the chain ID and RPC URL for Chiliz chain.

That way, you can add that information to Metamask or Trustwallet and be able to transfer the tokens
