Hello,

I had some sats in this wallet. Channel was closed because I didn't open it since months. I wanted to send the sats on-chain to another wallet, I put normal fees, everything seems fine but nothing happened. I wanted to send them again but :

=> wallet show me the sats on the main screen
=> when I want to send them again, sats are not here (but the main screen is still the same)

I'm sorry, it's not easy to explain that. Hope someone will understand and help me.

I recommend you check your network connection to ensure that the wallet is syncing with the block chain if not you either won't get proper update on your wallet or you will experience difficulties when you try to initiate a transaction. If you believe your internet connection is fine , you can check if your wallet is connected to the network via settings of your wallet.

If all these are in place try clearing the app data and restarting the app.
It's possible the transaction has already being broadcasted and even confirmed you can try checking the transaction id to confirm that. I also recommend you update this thread  topic to SOLVED to let others know if you've figured it out instead of spamming the thread.

Make sure to download latest version of wallet app, but tell me did you make any outgoing transaction with Breez wallet before?
I think you should read this page on Breez website for Channel Closures:

PS
Phoenix wallet is better for Lightning Network, and if you want to combine Bitcoin, Lighting and Liquid Network I would suggest checking out Aqua wallet to avoid channel closure related issues.

For clarification, is it "Breeze" or "Breez" wallet?
Because the former isn't a lightning Bitcoin wallet.

Have you checked the address in blockexplorers to see if it received the bitcoins that you've sent in the first try?
Is the wallet fully synced to the network? For Breez, tap the sync icon on the upper-right hand side.
