I did do that the first time, but to make sure, I compiled it all over again by doing CFLAGS="-O2 -Wall -march=native -I/opt/AMDAPP/include" LDFLAGS="-L/usr/lib" ./configure --enable-scrypt and at the end of compiling it says GPU support disabled. Anyways then i 'make' it and then I put in the script, and i get the same screen as above.
I would be very very grateful if you can send ur compiled cgminer please  Cheesy

I am using the pre-compiled cgminer 3.7.2 - however I notice that it is no longer available, which is probably the reason why you needed to compile it.  When you compile, you will need to enable scrypt - check the readme.txt file - you need to have --enable-scrypt when you compile, because it is disabled by default.

[Edit]  If you still have trouble, I should have a copy of the bz2 file on one of my mining rigs that I could put somewhere for you.

Hi, I recently posted on needing help in BFGminer, but I am also having problems if I try to set up with cgminer

Thing is that when I put --scrypt it does not recognise the parameter. I am using version 3.7.2, I have compiled and 'make'. I have all the drivers, and the amd catalyst. Here is a screenshot of my script, and the error.

Please help ASAP , I shall be grateful.

If you say I should use BFGminer, here is the problem I get with BFGminer: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/please-help-mining-scrypt-bfgminer-xubuntu-449685
