IT WORKED!!!!!!! I am dancing my ASS off :-P
Thank you all for all your help. This is a major stress reliever. Thanks Again!!!

Thanks , your transaction is successful utilizing the viabtc website. Most of us here experienced the same, which our transaction was stuck for several days.First time it happened to me, I just waited until it confirms since I am not in a hurry and did not yet discover the viabtc. This is a lesson, and next time we should used an updated wallet, also pay an appropriate charges for faster transaction if we are in a hurry.

The same was happen to me when i send my bitcoin from my electrum to other wallet.. it takes few days before i get the result
Viabtc right now is really hard to take 1 spot for your transaction even you are waiting for 1hr and try again.. always error in result..
My bitcoin received back or reversed to my bitcoin address.. this is always happening to me every time the price is increasing fast..
I think you can rebroadcast and increase the fee just to push your sending.. you can try this one maybe it will help https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@profitgenerator/tutorial-how-to-fix-unconfirmed-transactions

It will eventually confirm especially when you own the sending address.

yes  but this will help the wait

https://blockchain.info/blocks/ViaBTC

it lists when they make a block So check it once in a while

this site says pay  at least 141-160  to get decent send speed.

I don't want to try double spending as I don't have enough coins in my wallet after the stuck transaction and I don't want both transactions to go through and loose twise the amount of coins.

Still no luck with https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/. I just tried -zapwallettxes and it did not work. The transaction is still there. It has now been stuck for 4 days.

If your wallet still shows the send transaction as unconfirmed, try making another one with a larger fee. It'll override the previous transaction and if the new fee is high enough, the transaction will get confirmed.

I have tried  https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/  numerous times but I keep getting this error "elerator Submissions are beyond limit. Please try later."

It's because there's a limit in number of transactions that they accept (try it in an hour and hope for the best). Also due to the huge backlog (at the moment) majority try to use ViaBTC as well (so getting it to successfully submit is a bit hard)
ViaBTC can handle only a 100 request /Hr and that is their limit.
Try again after an hour.

You could use RBF or doublespend the transaction. Next time make sure to use an advanced wallet that will be taking care of your fees efficiently.

I want to increase the fee but I dont know how.
Here's the answer:
Bitcoin Core

Bitcoin Core makes making Full RBF transactions very easy. Simply go to the transactions list, right click the transaction that is stuck, and choose the "Abandon Transaction" option.

If that option is greyed out, then you must restart Bitcoin Core with the -walletbroadcast=0 option and then you should be able to use "Abandon Transaction".

If the above two options fail for some reason, then you can start Bitcoin Core with the -zapwallettxes option to clear all unconfirmed transactions from your wallet.

Once the transaction is either Abandoned or cleared from the wallet, you can simply go to the Send tab and send the Bitcoin again but make sure that you include a sufficient transaction fee.
