Yes it is. As you can see, it is already confirmed.
Are you reading the entire topic? The reason why the tx has been confirmed is because it passed all the requirements for ViaBTC free accelerator, and Charles-Tim submitted an acceleration request for that user. The tx was confirmed in block 821,373, which was mined by the ViaBTC mining pool.

No it isn't. The fee attached is 30 sat/vByte and the fee rate in the mempool right now is as high as 240 sat/vByte

@OP, your transaction is now confirmed thanks to CharlesTim that did the acceleration for you and also the decrease to the fees a bit probably helped some of the transactions out there to get confirmed.

Now that this thread has served its purpose, you can lock this topic/thread OP and thank the person who has helped you for accelerating it since getting some free via viabtc is tough when fees are high.

I have also noticed that fee per vbyte decreased a little bit since few time.
Right.
Now miners are including transactions with the fee rate of around 120 sat/vbyte in the blockchain. A few hours ago, the required fee rate for getting confirmation was more than 200 sat/vbyte.

Or maybe my cpfp transaction with 142 satoshi per vbyte succeeded help push the parent transaction. Unfortunately it costs me more than 10$ for 75$ transaction.
The CPFP transaction was made with the fee rate of 242 sat/vbyte.
It increased the effective fee rate to 123 sat/vbyte and that was enough for the transaction getting confirmed.

Could you please help add this tx to the waiting list :
Code:
f123a576371e9096eeff90a2b00d5010bdf197c8671aa808b067cd86be5a660b
It's not possible to submit this transaction to ViaBTC free accelerator.
They don't accept transactions larger than 500 bytes for free acceleration. Your transaction size is 563 bytes.

Edit:
Your transaction was just confirmed with the help of a CPFP transaction.
I don't know how but it's already getting confirmations within the latest two blocks.

This transaction is coming from payments from a signature campaign in which I am a participant. I was hoping that the matter would be amended by changing the payment system from Bitcoin to Litecoin. I hope it doesn't happen again next week.

I was late to submit the transaction in the last hour, but it worked this time.

The transaction has been submitted for acceleration, just wait until ViaBTC mine the next block. To know the mining pool or miner that are mining the next block, you can check it through this link:

https://mempool.space/blocks

How could you do that? I thought it's a paid service using memepool or viabtc.

Do you have control over the receiving address? Does it belong to a non-custodial wallet or you got it from a custodial service like an exchange?

If you have full control over the receiving address (which means that you own it private key), you can use CPFP method.
CPFP means spending the fund received in the unconfirmed tranaction in a new transaction with high fees, so that miners include both transactions in the same block.

Currently the Bitcoin chain is congested which is making transaction fee to go high. It is unfortunate that such is happening and the cex are also encouraging those who are causing this issues in the BTC chain.

If you find the opinion by members worth it then give it a try.

I'll advise you allow it either confirm or decline and afterwards you can increase fees if it declines.
Decline? I think you mean when too many nodes drop it out of their mempool. If the node that the sender is connected to, drops the tx, then the tx would turn 'local' and the sender can send the tx again with a higher fee this time. The tx is also opted to rbf, so the sender can also bump the fees if they are ready to pay for it.
Miners are not joking with regular fees these days, priority is always advised if you want to get it confirmed ASAP
Miners have always prioritized tx's based on the tx fees attached to them.
The fee you have added is good. It will go through soon.

All the possible alternatives to speed up the transaction will cost you more Sat and I believe the sender was trying to be economical with the transfer fees and that's why it ended up in this pending status.

You have to wait for the next hour to submit the transaction on ViaBTC. This is the link:

https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator

I will also try to help you to submit the transaction. If successfully submitted, I will notify you here. Know that you have to wait until ViaBTC mine the next block before your transaction will be confirmed.

With only 30 satoshi per vbyte, it's unlikely to get confirmed sooner. I have been waiting for my transaction with 240 satoshi per byte for hours.
Sorry to tell you that you may wait several days if the btc network will stay congested like it is now.
You can also try paid Accelerator services like ViaBTC or better convince the sender to bump fees if you can't do it yourself using CPFP feature.

Probably going to be awhile before that transaction confirms. It was sent with a 30.2 sat per vbyte fee and currently transactions needs over 200 sat per vbyte fee to confirm quickly.

You can try viabtc free accelerator or pay to speed it up, but likely it'll cost too much to speed it up with the paid option. I'd ask again for the sender to RBF and see if they will.

Way to say the exact same thing I just said. Reminds me of 8mile and eminem saying "pay attention meathead, you're saying the same thing that he said".
