Well it seems that 2 days already that op is not replying to any of your queries and help. But it is better if op is going to reply to some of the replies here so that we will know if his problem is already solved or not. And if we know that no help at all then we are just going to think again for some other way to help you out.
Seeing how Op is a newbie with 1 posts I hope no one here expected he will really pay 10% of 1 BTC he supposedly lost.
Even if some comment helped him recover the funds.

Ok if anyone can help me I will be happy to pay 10% of 1 bitcoin to recover my 1 bitcoin.

about 12 months ago I tried to send 1 bitcoin to an email address through green address.

To date it is still unclaimed and the take back button does not do anything.  I have the address it was sent to and the passphrase etc but cant recover my bitcoin if anyone can help I will pay.

please email me at [email protected] or reply here.
It is unintelligible. Have you contact the supporter yet ? You should send them an email and they may find a good solution for this kind of problem. I have never seen any case like this before. The only problem i have was 2 months ago - It took 1 months to completely comfirm my transaction.

I am not really sure what is this sending to mail option. I assume it link that generates some script of tranasction.

So here is my question: Op, the BTC you sent was subtracted from the balance of your wallet?

If that is the case then it had to be transferred somewhere and details of this operation are stored in the blockchain.

If that 1 BTC is gone, but you can't track it over blockchain then it means it is internal GreenAddress operation, and most likely they can revert this.

if you send bitcoin
after send can't cancel or dispute so if your send bitcoin is gone

if you can't open your wallet, you can save your balance with use private key or 12 pharsa pneumonic

Have you fully synced the wallet you are using? that would be the first thing to check
Yes, because web wallets require you to sync before letting you spend

Don't signature spam in a section where people actually need help.

To OP - Have you tried contacting greenaddress's support? It could be that their backend is messed up somewhere, so try emailing them. Their email is [email protected] (see Support tab on their site). Also, try switching browsers, as the button might use javascript or code that isn't supported by your browser.

If this solved your problem, and your actually serious about paying, the address on my profile will work. Thanks Cheesy

If you sent the bitcoin to an email, then I'm pretty sure the email in question would receive a message from GreenAddress, within which there would be a link to generate the transaction. But if im not mistaken, you should still have your 1 btc.
