I do not see an S5 giving much profit these days unless you want to use it to mine an altcoin, in which case you have to do some research to find which altcoin can be mined with a S5.

a friend is selling me a miner s5, I want to buy but I have a question that means those two asic X in the status section, someone help me please if these X will be a problem for the future, thanks

the psu could be a it underpowered
those x's could be corrected by

 a) a better psu > I don't know if you have a good psu  but many are out there for cheap

b) dropping freq from 350 to 343 > easy free to do

c) a simple software reboot >easy free to do

d)  by only a full rebuild of your gear > costly not worth it

so I can only tell you that it may be fixable really easy via b) or c) above.
worst cast they are truly dead and you lose a few gh not that many.
Ask to pay a little less 5  or 10 bucks.

see your error rate at 0.0354%  it is a bit high so  the clock to 343 may fix everything

an X means a failed ASIC. It simply means an ASIC will not be functioning properly, and you will get slightly less hashrate. Not much to worry about, as long as there's no more than two it's still a good miner. Ask him what happened to the miner, because depending on the issue, you may have to change fans or something similar to prevent more failed ASICs. I'm assuming he let the miner overheat, and the ASICs failed as a result.
