Your tx has been included in a ViaBTC block.
Next time, you should check mempool stats (cointape.com)
and set an appropriate fee based on what you see.
FYI, if your tx is not confirmed within 72 hours your coins will "return" to your wallet.
(It is more complicated than that, but that is the simple version.)

First of all the sender should have used a higher fee ( 50 sat/byte is well below the average)
If he enabled replace-by-fee function, he can speed it up easily (with higher fee)
you (or sender) can try accelerate tx with https://www.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/
or paid version from btc.com https://pushtx.btc.com/#/
