It'll probably take a while, but since you added 12,5 satoshi's per byte, you'll still have a decent chance it'll be added to a block

At the moment, the estimation is within , on average, 25 blocks for this fee: https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

Offcourse, there's alway a possibility that the mempool will drop the transaction before it's included, but there's nothing you can do about it i'm afraid (unless you can convince the exchange to double spend the inputs to create a new transaction to you, but with a higher fee)

many many thanks to introduce this fantastic site https://bitcoinfees.21.co/

You have a low fee. You can do two things, either wait, or try to do an RBF transaction. If you wait, the transaction will either eventually confirm or it will drop off of the network. If it drops off of the network, you can resend the transaction with a higher fee. Alternatively you can do an RBF transaction right now and resend the transaction with a higher fee. However, even if you do that, it still may not confirm.

This transaction is not controlled by me. It was sent by an exchanger to me. So, if I know that this transaction will not be confirmed never, then, I will contact exchanger.
It has a chance of confirming, but it will take a while. As the receiver, you could attempt a Child Pays For Parent transaction. This means that you spend from this unconfirmed transaction and include a fee in your transaction that covers both transactions. However, not many pools support CPFP so this may not be any faster.
thanks for your suggestion....... but again it's pity that my receiver address is cionbase address ..........
In that case, I don't think you can do much. All you can do is wait. If the transaction disappears, contact your exchanger. People here can also continuously rebroadcast the transaction to keep the transaction on the network.

Edit: here is the raw for those who want to rebroadcast it
