I feel like scamers either ask for a very small amount 0.01 and take a lot of time to cheat someone of this sum or they shoot for the moon and don't even put an effort to it.
I think there should be a stickied topic about newbies providing no collateral if there isn't already. This is just spam basically.

i think someone trying to get a loan by creating everyday 10+ accounts but peoples are growing up no loans for newbies

You can still try... but you're not getting a 1.5 bitcoin loan without putting up collateral. And you should also give an idea of what you're going to use the funds in, and how and when you'll be able to repay. Without this, you'll probably get negative trust instead. People have scammed for far less than what you're asking.
