You have it all wrong sir!

Your money should go towards Good graphics cards (AMD is WAY better than Nvidia for mining purposes) and a good reliable PSU.

Take a look at my post a couple up from yours... ^

You shouldn't be spending a ton of money on CPU and RAM.

I recommend a Corsair or Cooler Master for PSU 80 plus of course and 650w is a good number if you plan to only have 2 FX cards

My Rig:
COOLER MASTER HAF 912 ($59) Simple, plenty of room, not all light-up and showy, plenty of fan options.)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119233

ASRock MB-970EX4 Socket AM3+ ($99) (bought because it has 3 PCIe 2.0 x16 slots for 3 GPUs)
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0058HUQJ0/ref=oh_details_o02_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

CORSAIR Builder Series CX600 600W ($65) (good, inexpensive, strong enough for 3 GPUs)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028

AMD Sempron 145 Sargas 2.8GHz ($38) (because you don't need a strong CPU for mining   )
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103888

G.SKILL NS 2GB 240-Pin DDR3 ($19) (because you don't need much RAM for mining)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231395

Sapphire Radeon HD 7770 GHZ edition (inexpensive, moderate hashing, small, new architecture) 208-214 Mh/s (I'll explain more)

Old 160GB HDD I had lying around ($0)

So for $380 I have a great starter rig that I can add 2 more GPUs or better ones down the line.

Now let me explain my GPU overclock settings in MSI Afterburner:

Core clock: 1179
Memory: 525 (the lowest setting because you don't need it to be any higher and it won't make a diff in hashing power)
power: 0
fan speed: 55%
These setting yield 214-217 Mh/s

So in the next couple of paycheck I'm going to purchase 2 7850s,

If you have any questions let me know.  Also, if someone wants to add their opinion, I'd like to learn more. thanks.

That should all work, although you can get cheaper memory from Newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231252

Also, note that I assumed you already had a memory stick or spare hard drive to boot off, since you didn't include it in your list. If not, remember to get one of those as well.

This will do a lot better, for less money. The 7950 should get you at least 550kh/s. You might also be able to get another 50 or 100 from the onboard video.

Raidmax is utter garbage, and you don't need 730W for that rig anyway, so why not put the money towards a decent PSU of smaller size?

Silverstone 80Plus 500W is a good psu iirc, for like $55.

8GB of RAM is overkill for 7750s, and the sniper series is somewhat overpriced. Any old hum-de-dum ram is probably fine, maybe like 4gb of adata for $30?

That motherboard is really good, probably too good for a 2 gpu setup. Same with the processor. Now remember you're asking as regards a mining rig, if you plan to actually use this thing, then that's a different story.

As for the cards, they kind of suck for mining, you'll get maybe 120KH? I've heard the 7790 gets about 220KH, and costs only a lil bit more, so that might be something to look at.

Breakeven? no one knows, when BTC skyrockets, it might crash LTC. Currently 200Khash will get you like $50 - $70 / mo, so... assuming nothing changes (and it will) you'd maybe breakeven in 11months? Assuming 24/7 mining, and no elec costs.
