I've read lots of negative things about HitBTC, too. It's better to stay away from them, there are so much better exchanges out there, especially the beginner-friendly ones. It's not for nothing called shitBTC.

Totally agree... best to steer clear from using HitBTC
Way too many horror stories about people getting screwed over by them. I have an account there but I've never used it.
