Their actions normally will end up being scam or being a fraud, this is just my personal take on that matter., but be more cautious in investing ICO's which are quiet and have this kind of attitude and are banning the possible investors. I also encountered this kind of activity before but i left their channels, because i cannot accept their reasons for being unfair.
