What am I suppposed to be seeing? That Bitstamp has all the coins to buy and no $ to buy with and Bitstamp has all the $ to buy with and no coins to sell?

I see no disparity. Unless you're naively referring to the $40 difference in price. They're different exchanges with little to no arbitrage opportunities. Also pay attention to the sell wall in your left image that is suppressing the price.

What am I supposed to see? Flipped bid/ask in orderbook?

Its really not all that odd.

Now the market is taking a breather and mtgox has had a lot of coins withdrawn - the deprecated value of mtgoxUSD is most apparent.
