1GR1KivrjCJsdT1obBUpNyEwpy6neo8vLL is the address to my tockha onstie wallet by the way...... Huh
Your onsite tockha wallet received 0.00949892 BTC on April 17th, 1 day before you opened this thread. Is that the amount you sent and expected to receive?

The following day, on April 18th those bitcoins together with the money that you received on April 9 (0.00231565 BTC) were moved from your onsite tockha wallet to address 1EryQJyJgUFJcXgk5gw7PZ9H34HiLi1R8r like HCP mentioned. Does the address 1EryQJyJgUFJcXgk5gw7PZ9H34HiLi1R8r belong to you?

If not, someone has moved your funds from your onsite wallet.

There are only 3 solutions:
1. You sent the bitcoins to address 1EryQJyJgUFJcXgk5gw7PZ9H34HiLi1R8r
2. Admin/owner of the tockha site stole your funds and moved them to the other address.
3. You have been hacked and a third party moved your funds to 1EryQJyJgUFJcXgk5gw7PZ9H34HiLi1R8r.

From what I can see on the block explorer the bitcoins are still on 1EryQJyJgUFJcXgk5gw7PZ9H34HiLi1R8r, a total of 0.01150947 BTC.

Firstly... don't multipost... If you need to "add" new info and no-one has posted, you can simply use the "EDIT" button to edit your post to add to it Wink

I'm still a bit confused by what you were actually doing... Were you sending funds to this tockha marketplace? If so, what wallet did you send from? Were you sending funds from tockha to someplace else? Were you sending funds from your tockha wallet to another tockha wallet? Huh

No it's not a fake site and the admins are asking me if i have checked the block explorer to see where my funds went and my onsite wallet. I have replied yes, also this is the transaction block https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/17GNYZZ9y1Woyv5JdqLcAEJeYaQyRDTx2D and am i right saying that it is still in tochka's pool?
That isn't a "transaction block"... you have linked to the transaction history for address: 17GNYZZ9y1Woyv5JdqLcAEJeYaQyRDTx2D

1GR1KivrjCJsdT1obBUpNyEwpy6neo8vLL is the address to my tockha onstie wallet by the way...... Huh
Ok, so the address you sent funds to is: 1GR1KivrjCJsdT1obBUpNyEwpy6neo8vLL ? Huh

As you can see from the link, that address has received 2 "deposits", totalling: 0.01181457 BTC... all of which was then sent to address: 1EryQJyJgUFJcXgk5gw7PZ9H34HiLi1R8r in this transaction

1BVSb8mdWxqGXxRy5Tcx1YbwX9Zr9RSio is there pool address so can someone confirm please? thanks.
1BVSb8mdWxqGXxRy5Tcx1YbwX9Zr9RSio looks like a "change" address of some description. It seems to be included in a lot of transactions, receiving the leftover "change" when transactions are happening.

However, if your problem is that you deposited coins to this tockha marketplace... And your account balance has not been correctly credited with those funds... Then the marketplace is either "broken"... Or it is a scam.
Either a scam or he registered on a fake tockha marketplace.

@OP
Those deepweb sites have spcial onion links. Did you check if you registered on the correct one?

Since you are in no way in control of the bitcoins and the private keys your only option remains contacting the admin of the site and explaining your problem to him. If there is no response or you don't get a satisfactory answer despite proving you sent the funds consider yourself scammed unfortunately.

I think you misunderstand how most "marketplace" (and exchange) wallets work... Generally, they give you a "deposit address"... You send Bitcoins to this address, the marketplace/exchange simply credits your account balance and will then consolidate the deposited coins into their general pool... This often shows as the coins in your deposit address being moved soon after they are confirmed.

When you go to buy or withdraw, the marketplace/exchange simply checks that your balance is sufficient for the purchase/withdrawal request and then executes that request using coins from it's general pool.

The end result is that the coins you put in, are not likely to be the coins you get back.

It's like depositing cash at your bank... You give them a $20 note, that note is just put in the cash drawer with all the other $20 notes and your account balance increases by $20. When you withdraw, they just give you some random $20 note from the drawer... Not necessarily the same $20 note you gave them.

However, if your problem is that you deposited coins to this tockha marketplace... And your account balance has not been correctly credited with those funds... Then the marketplace is either "broken"... Or it is a scam.

tockha sounds like one of those underground illegal onion marketplaces. I remember the name from a list I saw somewhere a long time ago. Sorry for your loss but I am pretty sure the site itself took your bitcoins. I wouldn't trust a site that promotes illegal services with my money.

ohhh naaa man it's a wallet on a market  Roll Eyes
In the case the bitcoins were kept at an exchange there are a few things that could have happened.

1. Someone got access to your password, logged in to the exchange and sent the bitcoins to himself. If you don't have 2FA enabled on the exchange all he needed was your password and email address you used to register on it.

2. The exchange itself is untrustworthy and took your funds, therefore it is essential to know which exchange it is and what is address to it?

3. The exchange got hacked and you lost the bitcoins due to the hack. If you had 2FA enabled this could be harder to carry out.

Okay, I got this txID: c76666d39b71ccd0e3489d911e9513173afb8d4e577dc8ebb030f467a03bcb4f based from the raw tx (your assumed lost bitcoins)
It's the latest transaction of the address linked in the OP and it was a successful transaction with more than enough confirmations.
There's no problem in Bitcoin network's side.

If you believe that it's missing in your exchange account, the problem is in their system, you should contact their customer support.
Can you tell us the name of the market/Exchange?

Without any info, no one can tell what happened, try to answer these questions first:

  • Which wallet (and version):
Bitcoin Core, Electrum, Mycelium or Online wallets like Blockchain.com?
  • Do you have the control of the private keys:
Did you make the wallet or received it from someone else?

Based from your reply, it seems like there's someone else who knows your SEED, private key or wallet file that have sent the second transaction.

Uh, care to explain what happened?

In very simple terms:
From the link, the person who have the private key of the address: 17GNYZZ9y1Woyv5JdqLcAEJeYaQyRDTx2D had sent 0.00231565 BTC to 1GR1KivrjCJsdT1obBUpNyEwpy6neo8vLL and 0.00063459 BTC (could be a change address) to 1BVSb8mdWxqGXxRy5Tcx1YbwX9Zr9RSio.
The previous "spent" balance came from the address bc1qxj8ujgfxhqetmecv8q0r6rz2u2pma5h5gnc2qg.

I suggest to move this to Bitcoin Technical Support and provide more info abut the incident, wallet name and version.
There's a "move" button on the lower-left side of the page.
basically i recived this transaction into a bitcoin wallet left it in there, and recived another transaction today and seemed to have wiped out the first one.
