what a crappy try at an scam. why not rewrite it so it comes from you, the father. edit the image so google imgs can't be used to find the real child and keep the name the same and link to the real article and you'd already have like 100 btc from some suckers.

rule of thumb don't give shit to nobody. scam proof.

Why do you write about the father in 3rd person? Who are you?

An unrelated scammer obviously.

Sorry to ask at such a difficult time, but do you have any documents you can publish to verify this. Unfortunately the bitcoin world is full of scammers. Very few people will send you anything unless you give them a reason to trust your story.
I second this suggestion. So many sob stories appear every day, you can't find which ones are true or fake. Official documents usually shrug off some suspicion.

9/10 these are scams. Especially ones with just a picture and a sob story.

On October 30st 2013, two month old Zoey was admitted to Children's Hospital, unable to keep food down or pass waste.  After enduring more than a week of tests, Zoey went in for surgery on November 11th, where doctors found and removed a mass from her intestines.  Then began the long, hard wait for the pathology results.  After more than 3 weeks in the hospital, Zoey and her mother, Chloe, were released home, still with no diagnosis.  Her stay at home was short, Zoey was re-admitted to Children's on November 26th with severe pain and vomiting.

On December 3rd, after three weeks of working to determine what exactly the mass was, doctors delivered the news.  Zoey was diagnosed with Dendritic Cell Sarcoma, an extremely rare form of cancer.  In fact, Zoey would have been one of the only known pediatric cases of this cancer and the youngest ever diagnosed, making further pathology testing necessary.  On December 19th, a pathologist specializing in Dendritic Cells determined that, in her opinion, Zoey was indeed afflicted with a Sarcoma but that further testing would need to take place to confirm the type.

Zoey and her family have a long road ahead, as they could face years of treatment.  Medical expenses are already mounting, and will continue to grow.  With Zoey's three year old brother, Evan, to care for as well, their father, Jonathan, has been commuting between work, home, and the hospital, adding additional costs for food and gas.

Please help Jonathan and Chloe put 100% of their focus and energy on helping Zoey with the fight ahead by alleviating the stress of these growing expenses.
