Hi everyone,

Please experts inform me about this issue. I bought a Bitmex trading bot. And I created API key on Bitmex to use it on bot. When i created api key i took care about disable withdraw option. But to use this api , bot need my secret key. And when i started to bot according to my secret key, some informations appeared on the left side of the bot. According to these infos, my api key (id) looking good there is no problem however Client email section was not my email address. There is different email address. And below line there is a message "Be sure email address is yours, because sensitive informations send it"  like that.

After I saw that. I immediately stop the bot and send email to costumer service email . And their reply is below

It seems you are sending too many emails for no reason. First of all you may ignore that email issue as it is a dummy email which we put to display on all emails and you may simply ignore it.

Secondly, the bot does not stores any secret key. Also your withdrawal via API is off in bitmex and just Trade is on via api so you dont need to worry about it as well.

I have some questions in my mind but my most important question I'm gonna ask it.

Does anyone change created api key configuration on Bitmex via Secret Key Huh? Is it possible ? If so my Bitmex account in danger. He/she can change configuration and enable withdraw option, is that right ? So please inform me, I scare. I paid 120 $ for bot also I'm gonna send 100$ to my Bitmex account to bot work. These are very big money according to my living country.
