The methods for building MN are similar. You can search for some mn articles from the Internet and try to follow the instructions.
You should have an VPS, or choose a service who host masternodes, this kind of service not ask for any coins or for your private keys. Make sure that all coins are sent in one tramsaction (If 5000 coins are asked for a masternode send them all in one transaction). Tx hash is the transaction id , alias can be any name and the privatekey should be the masternode private key and can be obtain from console on wallet.

Alias : User define (can be MN1 or John1)
Address : If you host your MN in VPS. so, it means your VPS IP
Privekey : type in QT debug console dumpprivkey
TxHash : type in QT debug console masternode outputs. You will have those txhash.
additional :
You will need :
- Masternode genkey
- do configuration in your excl.conf and masternode.conf also.
