First, You should use the self moderated thread settings before you create this topic so that you can easily delete all replies that you didn't want to read, Second correct the title to "Polygon".

Back on topic, do you add matic network on custom settings on Metamask? Or you just use the default network Ethereum since you can see your ETH balance. You should not see your ETH and Matic at the same time on metamask since they are now from different blockchain. Try to follow this instruction https://autofarm.gitbook.io/autofarm-network/how-tos/polygon-chain-matic/metamask-add-polygon-matic-network to add polygon network on metamask and view your polygon assets in your wallet. As user said above, Polygon has same format of private key from ETH and Binance which means you can use one private key in different blockchain that uses same format. You should change to your desired network to view your assets on that specific blockchain. I hope it helps.

Make sure transaction is a success before complaining, find your transaction ID first and if it's successful I suggest checking using polygon block explorer just to confirm, also myether wallet doesn't support polygon network you will need to import your private key into metamask wallet or trust wallet

The question is have you checked your tx id from your okex withdrawal tab? it that was successfully delivered into your wallet and it will appear.

You must try to make sure if your transaction already confirmed.
He already said he made sure that the amount was sent so that probably means it was a successful transfer from OKEX side. I also find it strange that the amount hasn't showed up in the the scanner so it would be nice if we could actually see the tx hash to verify.

Does anyone know how I can extract the Polygon network private key from new wallet seed?
Try to import your privatekey to your metamask. This is far better rather than use seeds to import your wallet from MEW to the metamask. Polygon has been using the same privatekey like ethereum It works similarly as binance chain.

** I hope from moderator to keep the topic here and after finding an answer it can be moved to the appropriate board  Cheesy.

I tried to use Polygon network for the first time and sent some Matic from okex platform to new wallet (my etherwallet) on my android phone.
After making sure that the amount was sent (I checked my polygon address using https://polygonscan.com/,) then open my wallet, but the balance is zero.

My ETH balance is same.

I tried to use extract the seeds using MetaMask wallet and attached it to the Polygon network and couldn't find anything.

I can export my ETH private key using https://github.com/iancoleman/bip39/releases/

Does anyone know how I can extract the Polygon network private key from new wallet seed?
