just create a paper wallet.
He wants the online one so he probably wants to make the transactions quite often = not suitable for paper wallet.

which LTC wallet is good. prefrable like blockchain.?
You mean blockchain.info? Probably https://www.coinwallet.co/ but i suggest you to use OFFLINE wallet (for example core) not the on site ones.

i prefer offline wallet too..

they are more secure...

and you can put wallet offline when you want...

if you have space to download blockchain
you can use LiteCoin-QT.
the latest version is 0.8.7.4.

if you don want to waste space and time with blockchain trubles,
 you can use Electrum-LTC.

use regular qt-wallet from their website. Do not store coins online. And back up your wallet.dat/privatekeys on an external drive (usb-stick)
