just create a paper wallet.

You mean blockchain.info? Probably https://www.coinwallet.co/ but i suggest you to use OFFLINE wallet (for example core) not the on site ones.i prefer offline wallet too..
they are more secure...

use regular qt-wallet from their website. Do not store coins online. And back up your wallet.dat/privatekeys on an external drive (usb-stick)
