I like the fact you said italy and other parts of the world because some people actually think it is only italy that people are dieing massively.
my prayers always accompany the world...
Italy, US, Spain and almost all countries in the world are being hit by the storm of worry about this covid19, praying and always hope is our best way to calm down in this time of crisis, let us always pray for the whole world.

Prayers or not, the best way is to get a cure for this virus and secondly is for one to maintain proper hygiene at home and place of work as well. Africa is included in the whole mess of Corona virus.

I was thinking by now that there might be some kind of group donation of food,disinfectant product's... from bitcointalk forum to most countries in Africa. Such act in time of need might help more people to get to know about bitcoin & possibly get involve with btc trading after the emergency period.

I'm in Nigeria right now, we are not allowed to leave our homes from 7pm to 7am. No food has been given to citizens that stay at home, they are high rate of terrorist groups stealing from homes. The government have not shared the $60 funds they promised to her citizens. It is very hard here and the cases are increasing day after day. I think Africa is receiving it the way as usual.

Italian's are begining to ask question(s) why most homeless people and african in rome/milan are not victim's.
Because they're not interesting enough to the media to report about them.
Or, because of their lifestyle, they might be more imune due to more occasional exposure to flu or similar strains
We certainly must raise our prayers for Italy and for humanity as a whole.
Only God has the power to get us out of this sad situation. He will perform the miracle when scientists achieve the vaccine because everything is possible through him, so we must pray.
There is a protocol that the rulers should order the cessation of work activities, do remote work, stay at home, maintain hygiene, wear masks when they leave home. We are doing all these activities in Venezuela as well as in other countries.

Surprisingly, the virus seems to be targeting older & prominent people in our society.
about 20 catholic sister's are resulted nCOV positive & the secretary general to the Vatican is also positive.
Italian's are begining to ask question(s) why most homeless people and african in rome/milan are not victim's.
Personally,i seen group of this people roaming around termini like the emergency does concern them.
Also, i think fear of possible contact might make most people to get sick or depress.

I'm not very religious person, so instead of praying, I prefer real actions. So, today I just made donation. Medics in my country have not enough face masks, respirators and other necessary stuff, very soon it will end. So, people here made great initiative and we will help medics a bit.
If you afford, I suggest to donate some money too. Even small donation is meaningful in this situation.

Already most people who are lock-in are already getting fed-up because it's been over 30 days. There are some group of people who depend on their daily labour for a daily living (like feeding,payment of rent ..ecc) how will they cope?
This is the reason why a complete lock down could end up creating another crisis.

Oh yes, My wife and I are monitoring Italy's situation on a daily basis. We are not that religious but we do pray for the affected people in Italy. Our hearts certainly go out to those affected.

with exception to those going to work and purchase of food. everybody is expected to remain indoor & permitted to walk around their location.
Still, the number's of ncov victim's keep's increasing, death rate keep increasing. the worst aspect is that the family of te deceased cannot bury the deceased or perform burial ceremony at this crucial time since, most of the catholic churches remain close and there is no priest willing to perform mass at this moment.
Then, what could be tragic than this? Now, i heard over the radio that most of the hospital's in bergamo had run out of space as such they are making plan to open the mortuary.
