The price is too low, ICO price was 0.005 btc if I don't remember incorrectly, ICO investors lose much money on it. This is how another ICO tragedy happened.

Yes, could be a scam, they raised money(1400 BTC? Not sure) in almost one year ago, release nothing, all roadmap failed to deliver. People lost money.
