Cannot mine Ethereum with my current 2Gb cards but I'll post about Equihash.
R7 260x OC (Crossfire):220-270 Sols/s

HD 7850 2 GB card ~19.5 MH/s on UBQ 195 H/s on ZEC.

You can Mine Ubiq with 2GB cards for something like 6 years.

R9 280X - 295 H/s on ZEC, but ZEC is rising difficulty and we should consider mining other currencies.
Any recomendations? Tnx!

thnx guys
as i see old cards good for mining zcash ? is it right ?

As QuintLeo said, the older cards are usually less efficient with electricity. There are some exceptions, like the RX 580/570 GPUs are actually less efficient for mining than the previous 480/470 ones, but in general, more recent GPUs are going to be more efficient.

If your electricity costs are negligible compared to your initial investment, then older cards might be worth it. However, if electricity costs are non-negligible for you, then more recent cards may save you enough to be worth extra. (Much of it depends on the exact prices you're considering.)

Quite a few older cards work well on ZEC mining, though nowhere near as efficiently as modern cards.

For perspective, my HD 7750 cards managed ballpark 60 sol/s, but were probably eating around half as much power to do so as a GTX 1070 does to mine 400+

hi
can you report nowadays your ehter hashrate of the old cards like

280x
280
290
380
7970
gtx 970
etc

R9 290 with TheStilt bios, bit over 29 Mhash/sec as of when I last had any on ETH mining (late last week) at 1100/1250. To be picky, 3 in the machine at a total of usually 88.something

I remember my R9 280x cards doing around 14 Mh/s but it's been months since they've been on ETH, they were MUCH better off on ZEC - ballpark 300 sol/s I think, but that was months ago and they've been doing other projects since.

GTX 9xx series - don't bother, they're better off on almost ANYTHING but ETH, even if they are 3GB or higher VRAM cards so they CAN mine ETH at all.
Aim them at something like lbry or lyra2rev2 that older NVidia cards are good at - perhaps even Monero (XMR) and possibly ZEC in a pinch.

HD 7870 was about a 10 Mhash/sec card before the DAG file got too big for it's 2 GB of VRAM. Ballpark 160 sol/sec on ZEC but I don't think I ever got them fully ZEC optimised.

With my integrated NVIDIA Geforce 820m 2Gb graphics card (CUDA support) I'm getting an average of 60H/s while mining monero and fantomcoin from xmr-stack-nvidia miner.

My 980TI (8 GB) has about 550 sol/s. Seen it spike to 600 sol/s.
Only using it for ZCash as eth is not profidable at all to mine with this card.

I have been testing the settings in Afterburner to see results and ended up with
allowing it to use up 90% of maximum power and never reach over 80 celcius.
Core 150 mhz, total 1250 mhz
mem 75+
these gave the best results so far.
tho if anyone has reached better sol/s with this card i am interested in your settings.

for the sake of results i could run it to test (k/m)h/s
