I see that pmbitcoin's profile is a Newbie account with only a single post. Unfortunately there is probably not a lot you can do at this point other than post negative feedback to his profile and make people aware of the scam (post proof, screenshots, etc.) like previous fella mentioned so others can also avoid con-artists.
There are a lot of scams out there. It is always important to do a simple google search and a simple forum search to see if the site you are dealing with is at all reputable. This will prevent 90%+ of the scams outside of this forum.
