It should be quite easy to resolve this dispute by checking the transaction within the Liberty Reserve system - > HERE

Hello guys, So I recentely was viewing the currency exchange section and saw " pocketartillery " needed LR and was paying for Bitcoins.

 His thread -
 https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/wtb-lrusd-for-bitcoin-or-paypal-69346

So I PMed him. I was gonna do a small deal first so I asked how much can he give me for $70?

He said 13.25 BTC. I said that sounds fine. I asked him to go first he did.

Then after is confirmed I sent him the LR.

He claimed he only got $2. But I sent $70.

He edited his picture to say it was $2 I sent and now calling me a scammer.

Please do something with this stupid scammer and liar!

He is just trying to get another $70 stupid scammer.

 Thank you.   Undecided

No, He is not, He never asked for anything other than YOUR side of the LR transaction, He has Two people confirming for him that he recieved TWO dollars from YOUR LR account.
You are scamming him, And creating this thread as a backwave to try to protect yourself. Why do i say this?

because All it takes is ONE screenshot of you sending the 70, to his account #, And BAM, done and done He's the liar.

But heres the thing. You cant, will not, and refuse to: Post a screenshot

Too late for this mess, but for anyone watching -- there's a system that works pretty well to prevent these situations from happening.

The #bitcoin-otc marketplace has been where for more than a year now over-the-counter trading occurs.  Trust history for your counterparty can be seen in the -otc's Web of Trust (WoT).  In cases where the counterparty does not yet have a sufficient trust history, there are fantastic things available, such as escrow!

Like I said on other thread :

Oh your gonna give someone your account?

You can just make a new account send $2 to it then give it too someone? That isn't so trust able is it?

No you are a scammer. Just admit it please thank you!

And you need to stop lying.

 Thanks

Hey guys, why don't we post everything twice?

copy/paste from my thread

I will give a reputable member my LR account info to login and confirm for themselves (as there is really nothing in the account to lose), unless there is another easier way to confirm the transaction was only $2.00.
