vpn is not endorsed but not forbidden it says in their TOS so i don't know they demand i need to login to my account with a polish ip without interference of a vpn so can't change that

What did the support say to you? is there no chance of leniency for your situation? especially if the restriction is mostly just because of VPN... or is there something more?
This is also another reason to spill which website are we talking about here. Sometimes it could really make difference when things are publicized, who knows perhaps they're active here as well?

It may not seem as easy as you think. That website definitely has a record of the data they get from you, apart from just IP addresses. This could include the device ID, timezone, browser version and type or user agent, operating system etc. Just check the privacy policy of the site to confirm this.If you assign someone with a completely different computer from yours to sign in. That will still be a red flag to them, and they probably won't unblock your account.

well i used polish ip from expressvpn and they found out eitherway (i rent a pc in datacenter in poland) and connect with my pc to this data center pc through rdc
so i only need one guy to connect from his pc to my gambling account don't think that's too much to ask here

Do you think adding more IP addresses to your account will solve the problem? Most of these sites follow IDS/IPS detection activity, and if they found an unusual change in the login pattern, the red indicators will increase, and therefore they will ask you for more data such as a phone number, bank account, passport, or invoice.

No surprise that ExpressVPN IP has been flagged by that gambling site since its a very popular VPN, used by many people. Iirc (haven't used ExpressVPN for some time) they don't even have a large amount of Polish servers so that's another reason why its so easy to for a gambling site to track those.but for this to happen someone needs to contact me offcourse

Maybe they will show up if you can escrow your payment to them. Or why not buy an AWS account run 1 RPC instance and choose a region that Poland is included? I guess it's a paid one you don't need to find someone to do it for you.
Or use VPN that supports dedicated IP and can able to choose where you live on the map or GPS spoofing you can check IPvanish it's cheap and you can use it for other activities. You don't need to look for someone living in Poland you can use IPvanish that you look living in Poland.

well it's a locked gambling account so i would need fixed polish ip so they know exact location

It's better for one to know so that they decide if they can help or not. Why would I waste time sending a PM if I don't even know which kind of website I am going to work with?Worse still, your trust feedback makes it even harder for people to trust you, let alone deal with you via PM

You don't have to, but your request would look less suspicious if you are more transparent about what you actually need, especially considering your trust feedback. At the moment it simply looks dodgy to me, and judging by other comments I am not the only one who has that opinion.Btw, you might have more luck asking in Polish local board.
Still, you haven't explained well what you need exactly and which site should connect to. What's the problem if you dare the site publicly? There would phishing sites can damage anything that will connect. Who will take the risk? Rather than buy a dedicated IP address or find some alternative if you can't share site publicly. How can a site hurt you unless you share credentials? It doesn't make sense and seems quite suspicious to me.

As far as I know, using Dedicated IP address will solve this problem, since it is not redistributed as easily as public VPN's addresses.someone from poland contact me

You just need to search for a service that provides Dedicated IP address for Poland and one that accepts payments with Bitcoin or gift cards.
If you can't find that service then it makes sense to ask someone to do it for you.

Yet again you failed to mention about which website are you talking about here. If all you need is Polish IP, why don't you simply use VPN instead? That looks to me like a much easier solution than finding someone from Poland to do that for you (unless you need Polish ID as well, which is entirely different thing and should be mentioned).
