This wallet is made from Russian people all of the pages are just auto-translated to English that is why it looks like a legit one.

I can't imagine that their android apps install reach almost 100k so my guess they are running this website for years now.

Russian website but look at this location below and they are hiding their email and some parts from their contact.
Code:
Registrant Contact
Name:Registration Private
Organization:Domains By Proxy, LLC
Street:DomainsByProxy.com
14455 N. Hayden Road
City:Scottsdale
State:Arizona
Postal Code:85260
Country:US
Phone:+1.4806242599
Fax:+1.4806242598
Email:[email protected]

I tried to deep check about this website and according to similarweb most of their traffic is from direct source so possible that they use traffic exchange or traffic bot. Almost all traffic might not organic traffic.

The weird thing is how do they get 100k install from their android apps which is impossible to happen without a real traffic source. I just also check the youtube but they only have 18 views.

Be careful guys it seems they are planning big scam attempt here.

I created an account to see what's behind by curiosity.

The first thing coming to my mind was: "like Coinbase", yeah, everything is like Coinbase, I believe they cloned the user interface.
The same login page, same registration page, maybe the user area is a little different but with near the same features with the same flat icons. 90% is the same as a Coinbase account.

And of course, the account can't access the private keys... well like with Coinbase...

@OP is from Russia, if you hit too much f5 on the website you will see it. It means nothing but sadly Russians don't have a good reputation in the crypto space and he doesn't help them :/
The texts/stats posted are not consistent with what they claim

Looks like a very well funded scam

Their android application seems to have too many reviews and 4-star ratings. Basically, no bad reviews to date which means the owner has hired shills to post a review. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.polehin.android&showAllReviews=true

Now I will give you a simple reason why this is a scam- On their home page it says -

195
Countries
supported

which is == total number of countries in the world. On the other hand, their terms of condition state this

Quote
Bitcoin Wallet Digital Currency Services are not regulated by the FCA. Bitcoin Wallet is not a regulated financial services provider. Bitcoin Wallet is based in, and provides its services from the UK. We provide our service only for citizens of Russia and the European Union. For residents of all other countries, we strictly prohibit the use of our service. In particular, we do not provide any services for citizens of the United States, Canada, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay, Venezuela, Falkland Islands (UK), French Guiana (France), South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands (UK), Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Grenada, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, Anguilla (UK), Aruba (Netherlands), Bermuda (UK), Bonaire (Netherlands), British Virgin Islands (UK), Cayman Islands (UK), Clipperton Island (France), Curacao (Netherlands), Greenland (Denmark), Guadeloupe (France), Martinique (France), Montserrat (UK), Navassa Island (USA), Puerto Rico (USA), Saba (Netherlands), Saint Barthelemy (France), Saint Martin (France), Saint Pierre and Miquelon (France), Sint Eustatius (Netherlands), Sint Maarten (Netherlands), Turks and Caicos Islands (UK), US Virgin Islands (USA)and states controlled by the United States and for all other countries.

Simply means, they have copied those terms and conditions from another website and don't have any idea what they're doing. Scam stay away!

Red flags everywhere being a scam – future scam. An unknown wallet promised with a high security feature as "safe" without the community checking and confirming it, especially a plagiarised content  Roll Eyes
As clear as water that this one is just created to hook up noobs and op do create a newbie account and just simply post claiming to be secured.

He might thought that people on this forum aren't really that smart-ass to check up everything and verifying and as mentioned on previous post
of other members where red flags where identified and lastly, Plagiarizing content is an act of stealing and with that alone you can already tell.

Their support page is plagiarized from various sources. For example:

There is no reason to worry! In fact, we automatically generate a new address for you after each transaction you make if you have Dynamic address turned on in you App settings. This is done to protect your privacy, so that a third party cannot view all your transactions using the blockchain system.

All addresses that have been generated for your account will still be associated with your account forever. They are safe to reuse for future payments, but we recommend using the new address for all new transactions.
There is no need to be alarmed by this. In fact, we automatically generate a new address for you after every transaction you make or when funds are moved between your wallet and our cold-storage system. This is done to protect your privacy, so that a third-party can not view all other transactions associated with your account simply by using a blockchain explorer to look-up an address they know to be yours.

All addresses that have been generated for your account will remain associated with your account forever. They are safe to re-use to receive future payments, but for the prior stated reasons, we recommend using a unique address for all transactions.

Cryptocurrency is a type of digital financial asset created and accounted for in a distributed digital transaction registry by participants of this registry in accordance with the rules for maintaining a registry of digital transactions.
Cryptocurrency is a type of digital financial asset created and accounted for in a distributed ledger by participants of this ledger in accordance with the rules for maintaining a digital ledger.

Their Legal and Privacy pages are similarly plagiarized:
https://polehin.com/legal/user-agreement is almost entirely copied from https://nordikcoin.com/terms-and-conditions
https://polehin.com/legal/privacy-policy is almost entirely copied from https://www.castle-x.com/privacy-policy

And even the text on their wallet page (https://polehin.com/bitcoin-wallet) is plagiarized from https://www.cnet.com/how-to/what-is-bitcoin/

Couple that with the points made above about it being a closed source custodial wallet, and I would be staying well away from this.

In the crypto space when something is new to the market we need to examine it to the core and further start testing it with small funds. I personally have failed in it and lost more than 0.125 BTC. This happened with bit.ac wallet service provider who started gaining more trust and in the meantime went for maintenance. Later for a long the service didn't got resumed, months passed and finally it is termed as a scam wallet who has taken away the funds and ran. Good is to experiment than getting caught on traps.
It's indeed better to have some research and exploration regarding it to assure ourselves that our funds are safe and secured from scammers and hackers. We can't easily trust and believe a wallet even if it gives us some promises that it's going to be worth it and they can guarantee that they can protect our funds because we don't know people's perception and mindset particularly when it comes to money. Let's just wait and see if it's going to be beneficial because we can't just judge it's capabilities without even experiencing on using it though it's much better if we are being cautious before making decision and actions since we can't change the fact that there are a lot of incidents like that and that's the reason why some of us are in doubt.

EDIT: I just noticed CLOUDFLARE SSL... Really??? A MITM for a potentially custodial wallet service... If your funds get stolen you won't even be able to prove it was the wallet service, it might aswell be a cloudflare employee... A red flag in my book...

Thx for advise. Online wallets are already too risky. And when such suspicious situations arise, the risk exponentially increases. I think it's time to buy a real hardware wallet.

So it's basically a multi-cryptocurrency wallet. But to tell you in all honesty, I don't use wallets that I've heard the first time. When this wallet has existed? and while I'm about to click the "wallet" on your website why does it requires to login?

Well, much more from a newbie member of the forum who has just posted his/her first post promoting something out of the blue. I really don't understand why would anyone not follow the right way of promoting a service in this forum; there is an allotted section for that where one can expound the many advantages and benefits of something. Rather than spam, why not promote the right way?

Some time ago i figured out that, in fact, an average person doesn't need a multicurrency wallet. Its more important just to have a way for safe and fast money transition

And crypto is just the way. What do you think?  Wink

this looks more like a bad scam rather than an "interesting utility" as OP puts it. it checks out multiple boxes for being a scam.
✓ is advertised by a throw away account with no prior history in a terrible way
✓ is brand new with no history so it is used by noone.
✓ has no source code whatsoever
✓ they control the private keys not the user (aka custodial)
✓ promises no commissions

Quite a claim, don't you think? "Highest level of security" and "only you control your funds", but we can't even confirm both things because your wallet software seems to be closed source? Quite misleading to have a link to your GitHub repository on the bottom of the page but the repository itself isn't even public? It's an easy no for me dawg.

So, i assume you're either the owner or getting payed by the owner of this wallet, right?

Since there is an online version, is it safe to conclude this is a custodial wallet? If so, the service is in controll of the keys (not the user), so they're the ones in control of the funds... So if it's a custodial wallet, it's actually an exchange disguised as a wallet?

Personally, i wouldn't use a new, unknown wallet... Especially if i have doubts wether the wallet service has access to my private keys. I'd stick to hardware wallets, or at the very least open source wallets that have been community vetted and have a long (positive) history in the community.

I would like to talk about another interesting utility that helps me use cryptocurrencies. This is a cryptocurrency wallet from https://polehin.com/, where you can easily and safely perform any operations with crypto. There is no commission, and there are stock exchange, and current news. In general, I advise this to everyone.
