I remember a case from years ago, where an unarmed and handcuffed man was tasered to death in Canada.
Constable Millington tasered Dziekański. He began to convulse and was tasered several more times after falling to the ground, where the four officers pinned, handcuffed, and continued to taser him. One eyewitness, who recorded the incident on her cellphone, told CBC News that Dziekański had been tasered four times. "The third and fourth ones were at the same time" delivered by the officers at Dziekański's right and left, just before Dziekański fell.[12][16] According to B.C. Crown counsel spokesman Stan Lowe, Dziekański was tasered a total of five times.[3] Constable Millington testified that he deployed the Taser four times, but he believed that in some of those instances the probes may not have contacted Dziekański's body.[17] Dziekański writhed and screamed before he stopped moving. Cpl. Benjamin Monty Robinson stated he then checked for a pulse, but his heart had stopped. Testimony from the other RCMP officers state they never saw anyone including Robinson check for a pulse.[18] Dziekański did not receive CPR until paramedics arrived on the scene approximately 15 minutes later. They were unable to revive him and pronounced him dead at the scene.

they are now paid by bankers and the elite of the world to protect nothing but their own interests which is sad time for humanity and only a matter of time before changes will happen because the people will have to stand up to it before it is to late 
I hear an officer saying "drop the gun", but can't see if the guy actually had a hold of one of their sidearms or not. You could hear the taser going off that the one officer can be seen holding, so it would be unlikely that the guy on the ground was threatening them with a gun while being tased. Terrible, terrible, but remember what South Park taught us:
Out of the recent shootings from the US police this has to rank the worse, at the time they shot the guy was on the ground. If he was going for the officers gun the officer should have moved. Very scary wouldnt be surprised if we see riots.

This man was beaten by multiple armed officers, tased, then murdered like a wild animal:( If the police are this evil in broad daylight in front of all these people watching and videotaping, I can't imagine how they'd act in the dark with no witnesses! This is extremely naive. Police are humans. Humans kill people often without being attacked or in self defense. Putting a badge on a human does not magically make them infallible.

I think what happens is they never take any risk. If there is a 1% chance of them being harmed they will shot and kill others. : /
