Australia has "states" as does the United "States" of America...  I'm sure we're not the only countries that have "states".

Which country and which news service are you quoting from?  Social Media - Twitter? Facebook? Discord? Telegram?  Overheard at the the local bar?

On my Twitter List News and Media I'm following 244 reporters and news organisatons and there's been no mention of anything of the sort.
am talking the incident happening recently in Nigeria.

I am not post from a news service.  I personally wrote down every sentence base on what I saw happening around me and some information I got from the internet.
But you are talking about an incident that is why you need to explain it clearly since its not a Nigerian local board, its a board where people from all around gets into the discussion.

Why are the people attacking the police officers? There has to be a reason right!
and I also believe there is a plan behind all this

The informations you provided has no significance, it is like you are writing a news from yourself, BUT without the evidences like photo's, statements from the witnesses or even another source of information that can provide some information regarding the incidents.

This topic is news based so we need proper news articles for this to become a discussion itself.

It's not necessary to keep quoting nested quotes from previous contributors to the thread (especially for such a glib reply).

Perhaps you should just outlay who, where, what and why then let people judge for themselves.

Recently news has been going round about police stations been set on fire. It sounded as a joke at first until most of the police officers where reported dead. What's really surprising about this whole issue is that this incident has occurred  in almost 7 states as we speak. This has lead to a 5am to 6:30pm corfew that was recently changed by the government of River state to 5am to 8pm only in port harcourt.

Now most of the police stations are be secured by vigilantes to prevent  the incident from happening. We just recently recovered from the long period lockdown due to the COVID 19 that has affected many sources of income and  has brought the worlds economy backwards. This recent burning down of police stations is  making the whole state uncomfortable for the normal citizens.

My question is why dose is have to be only police station. Why is it happening all round the states. What do you thing of this incident, is the prisoners that are burning the police station. What's the reasons behind all this ? Is it's happening in your state?

Let's reason together.

I saw similar news and are very confused by it. How can that happen? A police station should be able to protect itself. This is not only just property damage but also an attack on everybodys safety. What if you need assistance while the police is on fire? Imagine someone breaks into your house and when you call the police nobody answers because they are being attacked themselves. Crazy times we live in. There is no excuse for such actions.

I think OP is talking about the attack that happened at a police station in Nigeria where police officers were killed by the attackers.

I used the keyword "police station"  "port Harcourt and river state" to search and an article regarding a police station that was attacked in Nigeria showed up. here's the link https://www.reuters.com/world/africa/gunmen-kill-seven-nigerian-police-officers-oil-state-attacks-2021-05-08/

You should post a link to the news so that we know what you're talking about specifically.
