Soon 99% of Russians will walk in such clothes. I do not feel sorry. They brought Putin to power and themselves now suffer from it. So be it. No one will donate money to them.

I do not think they are suffering from Putin.
Few who understand the destructive essence of Putin's policy and will be the donors of the project

Wow! Any feeling they have is how to exploit them. This is such a truth that you write here... the goal pf the philistine is to divide to conquer, for example on making plants illegal.

Good luck for your project.

Sorry for possible syntactic and other errors in the description, we will be glad to all the comments and corrections. Thank you! Wink

There are several social strata in each major city of Russia.
Social bottom, in the sense of hopelessness, the gloom of existence and just extremely hard efforts for survival is a group of socially disadvantaged people - street residents - former prisoners, vagrants, drug addicts and homeless people.

According to various estimates in Moscow, these people from 30 to 70 thousands.
According to independent sources of information for the last 3 years the number of "living on the street" of our citizens has grown by 12-15%.

In view of Russia's climatic conditions, one of the main problems for homeless is the lack of access to clean, warm clothes that will provide basic heat protection even on cold spring and cool summer nights.

Within the framework of our project, we propose the creation of a kind of "uniform of the urban homeless" by making and distributing in the environment of universal sets of clothes from strong, warm, mud-water-repellent materials with safety elements in the form of light reflecting strips, etc.

The tramps will have the opportunity to dress in a new, clean, comfortable, modern clothing - it may be for some of them the first step in a "normal life".

Most homeless people and vagrants are tightly integrated into the urban landscape - they are active within their capabilities, and often are in places of mass gathering where there is an opportunity to beg, collect alms or various wastes - food, aluminum cans, etc.

All the elements of the "homeless uniforms" will be fulfilled in such a way - similar to advertising displays will contain large, contrasting slogans, executed in a conspicuous quasi-Soviet poster style on topical motives of socio-political realities.

The campaign will be held in the form of a quest - in 5-6 stages, with the change / addition of print slogans placed on the "uniform". From moderate memes, creating a starting intrigue, to sometimes very sharp and inconvenient for the russian government hints. Each slogan has its own meaning, not always understandable to the inhabitants of other countries, but absolutely understandable for Russians. They touch upon the issues of corruption and irremovability of power in the country.

Prints that will decorate items of "uniforms":
"Getting up from the knees"
"Better get dressed"

In the continuation of the campaign, the slogans grow into questions that arise in relation to the existing regime - "Permanent leader?",
"Patience is not infinite"

And in short speeches, which clearly make it clear about the need to update the top leadership - "Galera is not floating there,
"Soon on all screens of the country: Monster from the" Ozero" cooperative - 4".

Slogans do not have direct confrontation to government, they do not call for revolutions, active strife and overthrow of anyone, but the subtext of these short sentences recalls complex issues in the state machine of Russia.

The aim of the project is not to use the helplessness of homeless people for the sake of gaining political or protest agitation or commercial branding, the goal is to integrate the "urban lower classes" into society, to try to focus the philistine on this part of society, to force them into modern social and political processes, they have so far segregated.

The modern urban philistine does not feel any positive feelings for the homeless.
We must change this trend, attract the attention of citizens and cause not only sympathy, but also additional attention to the vagrants.

No 1 objective - "humanize" this social group, exclude it from the untouchables.
We provide a voice to them, usually silent, tramps.
However, getting them to "pull chestnuts out of the fire" is not our method. Those who need clean, warm clothes, but who do not want to be called "shine", can refuse to wear "uniforms" in public places, or simply put it under their outer garments, turn them out, etc.

Those of the homeless who would like to express their civil position do not have the slightest opportunity. Now it will appear.

We will publish a photo of these "street heroes" on the Telegram channel, and encourage all those who are not indifferent to follow us.

The next year is quite capable of becoming a turning point in the fate of Russia. The time for indifference to one's destiny in the framework of the country ends and the majority is ready to invest their voice in a project with the task of developing the state structure. We should render all possible assistance to this trend.

One of the main tasks is to awaken the rudiments of civic consciousness on the eve of the presidential election in Russia.

So unusual form of the action should create the effect of "word of mouth", especially among young people, with the spread of a wave of photos in social networks, reposts, retweets, catchy hashtags, etc. will be created.
After the end of the action, it is planned to hold a report exhibition of the most acute photos within the framework of the campaign at one of the Moscow sites.
---------------------
The basic project's task is to provide clean, comfortable, warm and safe clothes to those who needs to integrate into the social landscape.

The action is not tied to a certain political force, is not aimed at the growth of protest moods, but rather should draw attention to social problems and the decline in the well-being of citizens in a crisis period, the visual expression of which will be the urban lowlands, which are the most direct demonstration of the growing crisis and the quintessence of fear of loss income, the ability to support a family, pay a mortgage, etc.

There is a reason why citizens will begin to think about more active participation in the forthcoming elections as about the possibility of positive changes in Russia.

The distribution campaign consists of 3 stages about 15 days each - in each of the acts, 2 sets of "uniforms" are distributed, thus the time for summing up the results of the action and launching the information in the media is 1.5 months from the start.

The beginning of the action is supposedly mid-September to mid-October 2017.
Funding sources of the action are crowdfunding.

The action is non-commercial, and will not be associated with any of the candidates for the presidency, nor with any particular political party, brand or foundation.
