Almost all of the buying is one person (or I think, at least), so its hard to imagine its sustainable, but its quite possible.
I predict that if we manage to eat it this time, we will see triple digits for a long time, probably a few months (may be even longer).

the only thing that's still missing is a nice buy wall around 95$...
edit: just saw some buys around 98$ for a total of 450 BTC, looks promising
