I don't normally do this, but BUMP
I take most my posts from comments etc, and from the wall observer and a few other posts, a few bring some good points about a possible August or September rally.
Some say the bear market is over a few weeks could further cement the expected rally. Others think more time is needed. Thoughts appreciated.
