With the huge influx of "flash coins", do you think there should some sort of foundation/committee to endorse and certify new coins?

Thanks!

It would be nice if someone could keep a list of coins where people could vote how good or shit they think they are. That would save people a lot of time researching how good a new coin is.

Isnt this a freemarket? Currently, your wallet is your endorsement. Or your mining gear.

For the authoritarians >> they need someone to tell them "this is okay"
For the liberitarians >> yeap, the product is the proof Wink show me /NOT tell me Cool

BCT is the "foundation/committee to endorse and certify new coins"
after that the market.

Interested if you'd like to polish the process.

Start a thread. (which this is, so done)
Keep the conversation going.
Sort the good from the bad, publish on another site?

Let's see what happens. Cool

Yes. The thread structure of BTT isn't very good. There should be dedicated forum, where good ideas or launches can be presented, so that the useful projects can be supported, without to deal with low quality threads. Exchanges are listing almost anything. I'm confident the market will sort things out over time. Creating a good meta-community will have lots of value (escrow transactions, voting, trust, good administration, ...).
