Fox News - 7,500 Online Shoppers Unknowingly Sold Their Souls

Quote
A computer game retailer revealed that it legally owns the souls of thousands of online shoppers, thanks to a clause in the terms and conditions agreed to by online shoppers.

The retailer, British firm GameStation, added the "immortal soul clause" to the contract signed before making any online purchases earlier this month. It states that customers grant the company the right to claim their soul.

I almost never read the fine print in service agreements.  I don't think there's any way you can read all of that.  A lot of it is just legal talk that is hard to understand.

Few months ago i tried reading every terms and condition after seeing people win the hidden gift in the T&A but it was vague i didnt win and so i dont bother trying to read anymore

Hidden Gift ?  Shocked

I smell a story, do tell.

I got an idea..
Maybe we can have a currency with a "Proof of Read the TOS" Algo ?
People can make extra coins for reading them on other peoples behalf.

Wow not bad idea at all bro. I mean i have seen how companies giveaway gifts written inside those T&C and how months later those who read T&C really get the prize

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Although we should read this every time, in most cases the most important things are written in fineprint.
