+1 for HTML5 Smiley Flash doesn't work on Safari without additional plugin.

Hey gamblers,

I wanted to ask for your opinions on a design question.  Assuming both products, Flash and HTML5, have great design and user experience, which of the two would you be more inclined to play?

Also, a secondary question is would lower minimum bets entice you more to play at a certain BTC casino?  (ie, would you be more inclined to play at a casino with a min 1 satoshi casino, vs a 100 satoshi casino?)

Please list your feedback in the comments!

HTML 5 for sure!!! Flash sux especially after stopping to support Linux OS. HTML 5 is future anyway - you won't need to install some retarded plugin everyday, etc. Your browser will be able to do anything alone (except some restrictions of js on clipboard access, etc.)

Hmm i prefer HTML5, cause HTML5 is playable on smartphone, while flash is not.

No one in d bitcoin community should use flash or java for security reasons. If u do, disable it and/or use noscript

Thanks NLNico.  Can you elaborate on the security aspect?  How are they less secure?
Flash and Java are known for their 0-day vulnerabilities that hackers use to put malware/viruses on a computer on a victim that is just browsing the internet. (even without 0-day, it takes people forever to update.) Bitcoin websites could be an interesting target to host/embed such Flash/Java file because you can probably steal some bitcoins.

Hands down HTML5. It can do most of what flash can do, just a tiny bit slower and arguably harder to code. However, this pays off when you see it running in pretty much any device while Flash can only [properly] run in computers.

Hmm.. Having a low minimum is good - but having a fun and fair casino is better. Smiley
