novacoin doesnt seem to be a bad one, how many pools currently exist for it?
I think actually XPM (Primecoin) would be the right choice as only 1 pool online for now

Primecoin definitely in a distant third after Litecoin at this point. And the fact it has only one pool is detrimental to the health of the coin. Another possibility would be Novacoin which seems to have a good deal of interest.
xpm imo just seems to be a hype like every other alt so im not too sure on that, plus the algo changes require modifications to the pool software, and rather than doing that i may aswell focus on getting bytecoin and tenebrix going instead, i know my gamecoin and hobonickles pools are going well thankfully, just have 1 spare server incase theres interest in a pool for another scrypt alt
