I submit Joshua Zipkin, he is already in contempt of court. He failed to present to the court any required information and basically gave the court an invalid PO box.

Things are moving along however. Unlike his small claims debts that he still has yet to pay (after 4 years of owing less than 5k in past due rent), this is ALOT more money (well over a million according to the court). And he is blatently loling at the court.

I thought I should note too that Joshua Zipkin mentioned he was trying to open up some megawatt mines in Asia some time back with some other people....this article caught my attention a while ago.

The notable bits here are the points regarding euro expats. (Zipkin is an expat from the US living in Bulgaria or now bulgarian citizen).

One also has to wonder why are the owners behind cowboyminers such an anonymous operation? Zipkin has also said he would operate this way in the past (refer to the chat leaks in my sig if you are willing to dig that deep)

An interesting situation that I think will lead to his incarceration....IMO of all the Joshes on the list he is easily the dumbest.
