In my opinion it's the crime and not the personality,if a person commit a crime, there's a penalty involve so it should be meted out ,if these personalities are really guilty then they should be punish according to the law and the punishment of that country .

Each of those people though has some who say they should go to jail and some who say no crime was committed.

Rodney Reed is on death row for a killing, but the actual killer is probably a sheriff's deputy. Reed is black though and most people in that area would rather see a black get the needle than a cop. Officer Fennel is in jail anyway though because he was raping women on the job.

Henry Magee and Marvin Guy were victims of no knock warrants. That's when police in the USA knock down your door and throw flashbangs with no notice. Because the police are doing the same thing home invaders do they sometimes get shot doing it. Should people be held accountable? Or should cops be forced to use common sense instead of blaming everything on their victims? A side issue is whether it is really worthwhile, or even ethical, to attack people for making money with small amounts of marijuana, as with Mr Magee.

Admiral loveless was doing what was expected of him. But he and people like him drain hundreds of billions of dollars from the economy and hobble the security of the country if ever serious issues were to arise.

Deputy Calkins had the habit of abducting and killing strangers without due process, in fact without their even having committed a crime. Along with police rape this is one of the more ignored issues in American society. Some people seem to think it is necessary to instill a random fear in people in order to maintain order. Others feel that cops should be held accountable, that the badge is an obligation not a license. A significant number of non cops are in prison on far less evidence than there is against this cop.

None of these people deserve prison time paid by public money (taxpayers). Lets confiscate all assets from the corruptioner Admiral Loveless and use absolutely new, extreme cheap method to execute others.
Bring out these people to the Nevada desert and launch ICBM with nuclear warhead! Looks crazy?  Grin Absolutely no! This will save billions of dollars comparing to using standard method (lethal injection),which cost in California $4 billion to execute 13 people.
