If you still have this problem: maybe search for online stores for cannabis cultivators.
I know it sounds strange, but they sell high troughput filters for their ventilation systems (to cover the smell), some of them pretty cheap (search for odorsocks).

Get a few bee hives and let the bees take care of it  Grin

Haha that made me laugh Grin

well one could simply advise, to buy i filter, they should be cheap enough, but it depend on how big are your optional fans and how many they are or if you are just using a tube(from which the air goes outside with a big ventilator) to keep the room cool, you could apply a filter there

Every filter I tried is stopping the airflow and the ambient temperature gets higher. I am using tubes. Can you recommend a nice filter?

how big is that yellow dust thing? the particles should not be that big, you need a right filter with the right measure of the its holes, without knowing the size of those thing i can't suggest you much

I have two fans intake and outtake similar to this:

http://www.amazon.de/Rohrventilator-Rohrl%C3%BCfter-Ventilator-Radialventilator-Absaugl%C3%BCfter/dp/B00I87TUJY/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1432896634&sr=8-14&keywords=rohrventilator

Would appreciate further advice on the kind of filter.

It would need to be able to catch the pollen.  Even being small it will add up which means a big collection of it.  Add heat to it, and it will luck  ugly.

I suggest putting miners inside and putting exhust through something.  Can be as simple as all using a window to push hot air out.

I am not sure I understand. The miners are inside. But your idea is pretty good, maybe if both of the fans are pushing the hot air out i will have the pollen problem solved. But where will the cold air come from? Maybe I can connect all the exhaust miner fans to tubes with the fans inside and just push it outside. Do you thin it will work?

The cold air will be from within your house.  Or it does not need to be freezig if it seems to hot you can always try a big fan in front of them.

I would find a window you don't mind the bottom opened up.  It already has a mesh to keep stuff out.  You put your gear on a table or something to get height of window and just point back of miners twords the outside.

Only problem is if you have AC on you will lose AC cooled air through window aswell.

No, no AC. I have rearranged the miners as you suggested and it looks promising. Will report back after a week. Thanks for the advice!

Reporting back: Seems this has fixed my problem. Also there is not so much pollen in the air now, so I guess I won't be having any problems now.

You might be able to get some screen material from your local hardware store and use that.  They sell it to repair screens and it is pretty cheap.  If the pollen is too small and still gets through you can get a very thin layer of fluffy cotton stuff that they sell at cloth markets like this and cut to shape and place over the screen.

Best of luck!

Thanks, could try this out as well!

The dust is microscopic. Here is a similar picture of how my miners look in 1-2 weeks without cleaning:

You would need to give us more info such as size what cooling system is like  Maybe include a picture to show us?

But that "yellow dust" running through your miners is a bad idea.  That most likely will cause it to have a shorter life if it's clogging up air flow.

Hello gents,

I have a pretty big problem with pollen from trees. My cooling system is pretty good except I don't have any kind of filters for the air coming from the outside. My miners are covered with yellow dust and I have to clean them every week. How do you guys solve such problems?
