try mailing support and ask them to reset your 2FA, you might have to send your docs again(if verified)

Hey Guys
My Poloniex account is disabled for last 10 days due to 2FA authentication issue. Poloniex is showing me "incorrect code" when I enter the code given by google authenticator. I wrote to Poloniex support 10 days ago but I have not got any response yet.
I have tried authenticator extension in google chrome, one desktop app for the same 2FA verification, but all in vain.
Do you guys have any idea, how to resolve this 2FA issue?
