poloniex have bad support system for replying the members complain and its happen from a long time before and i think poloniex trying to fix this. maybe poloniex waiting for the next bitcoin news and they want to see what is happen later after 1st august. but they will answer all of members question and will give the right explanation and solution for the members problem.
They don't seem to respond to support tickets.
I have experienced the same problem like that in last June, the support ticket i made just got a response from the poloniex team after 1 week. The issue of withdrawal continues for many times untill more than a month. Now i'm free from poloniex because i already leaving from poloniex after all the balances that exist in poloniex successfully i withdraw all.

This is becoming quite common with poloniex these days, I have seen many people who got their withdrawal stucked there for weeks. I have already moved out all of my alts from polo and using bittrex right now. You don't have any choice right now other than just waiting for their reply.
When you will get those bitcoin from them just avoid using them in future.

my withdraw at poloniex Awaiting Approval from 2017-07-24. I opened ticket but nobody answer me. Maybe poloniex scam be carefull please !!
