Any suggestion how to save qora coins from poloniex  Huh

How did you manage to Save your Qora Coin? And I have my Qora Coin left in the Poloniex, and withdrawal is temporarily disbaled. What should I do
I think he doesn't know either how to withdraw his qora coin from poloniex. Just wait until the withdrawal back to normal or you can send a ticket to poloniex support but i'm not sure how long you will be get the answer.

I actually prefer to have an exchange with 'carefully' selected coins.  Others enjoy the massive selection and I can understand that, but as for me I enjoy having the clean look and also knowing the coins available for me have been thoughtfully chosen.  (likely the real reason is that the check cleared)

I'm currently transitioning from Bitfinex since they've eliminating support for US customers so maybe it's just what I'm used to.

This is just sad, I have  qora and XMG on that exchange, I have been accumulating qora for about a month now, and since it is getting delisted in Polo, I gues I'll just sell them.  Then I'll just move my XMG to bittrex.  Just another bad trading day  Cry.
apparently there will be no more qora on poloniex and i was remember this coin has been pumped but now has became dying and  if i see that for every altcoins which is delisted on poloniex it will have huge influence from those coin because automatically it will change became dead coin soon and
Before they said they will delist QORA, that coin already died since long time ago, their price never reach 100 sat and keep below than 50 sat, now its only worth 4 sat/QORA. Such a shit coin.

sometimes i was wondering why poloniex always be delisting some of altcoins
Is there any benefit to them if they are keeping shitcoin?
I will never buy those shitcoins! they're not ever going tobe worth very much.

A lot of coins, including ones not listed by poloniex at all, got pumped on April 16th. Spend a little time digging... I'm not saying the exchange is shady or not, but I see nothing really suspicious from the digging I've done, and I have stock market experience particularly with looking at charts.   I think people are just seeing a pattern in random events, like humans like to do when they try to use some obscure Simpsons episode to prove people have foreknowledge of 9/11 and other stuff. Looks like a coincidence to me.

All altcoins were rising throughout April.

And to top it off, now after 5 days of having a simple withdrawal request ticket as WA state bagholder, they won't even respond to my ticket.  I guess since I can't trade and make them any money they can just sit on my ticket until they feel like helping me.  I mean, does anyone else see the need to move some of the stupid polo volume over to Bittrex?  They seem like a way more fair place to be trading, just needs more depth.

Cryptocurrency exchange Poloniex has announced it is delisting a record of 17 altcoins by May 2nd. The decision came in the form of a tweet yesterday, in which the exchange listed assets including Boolberry and Voxels are among the losers together with CureCoin. The altcoins to be delisted are the following:

BBR, BITS, C2, CURE, HZ, IOC, MYR, NOBL, NSR, QBK, QORA, QTL, RBY, SDC, UNITY, VOX, XMG.

I own curecoins, so I could tell the price decreased by 50% in 1 day.

Do you own some of the delisted coins?

i have half of the list and i think i am need to move into another market like bittrex or another exchange but i think to find a wallet to save my coins and i think i want to make it as a coins collection so i have a memory for that coins. but i am very sad because i still have some of them in my wallet and actually i am waiting for next higher price.

Yeah, Voxels.

It's going to be an extremely big hit on companies like Uphold.

They counted Voxels as a reserve currency of theirs, and now that it is delisted by Poloniex, the price has decreased by more than 50%. They had a big reserve of Voxels and that was what made them "full reserve". Now that Voxels has crashed, they will have to find news ways to do that.

Another reason why you should always diversify, don't get too caught up in the hype.

i'm pretty sure they treated voxels as a separate thing, or at least they did in the fairly old article i read. no professional organisation would be depending on an alt for their financial integrity.

So just saw this notice on poloniex

On May 2, 2017, the following will be delisted: BBR, BITS, C2, CURE, HZ, IOC, MYR, NOBL, NSR, QBK, QORA, QTL, RBY, SDC, UNITY, VOX, XMG

Do you own any of these? What are you gonna do now? Sell or withdraw to your wallets?

poloniex delisted coin, because is bad coin
volume transaction low, user community(minner) is low too
is good coin, good volume transaction , good user community, poloniex is never delisted

if another exchanger support coin, you can withdraw and sell another exchanger, but if never exchanger accepted you can sell it youre coin
As this user noticed it will be done on May 2 so that gives you time to sell and then get rid of those coins or move them to another exchange before you lose access to them.

It is there way of culling the ones they deem useless so those who hold then might consider moving to a more reputable and thus ones that will hold it's value more and longer in the future.

LOL, just saw that all.

It seems like I'm going to have some big losses with Voxels. Profit of like 1-month trading gone down the hill with it.

isn't voxels something big to do with uphold? i seem to remember they counted it as a large part of their assets or something. the ceo sounds like a prick anyway but here's another reason not to trust it.

Yup, that's the reason of its big crash... and I don't see any reason of sticking to it right now so dumped all my voxels already at Polo.

Yeah, Voxels.

I'm sure a lot of people got a big loss due to voxels, but anyways, I'm not sticking to this junk anymore.

Well mate, don't think about the past and plan the future. You're not the only one who got a lot of loss. I've lost a lot too due to it.

And that doesn't mean you and I are the only ones who bore the loss, there are probably hundreds of traders currently crying. But that's how the things go in crypto-currencies, unfortunately.

The announcement made by Poloniex really made a huge impact on the price for most of them. BitStar ,SuperNet(Unity), ShadowCash which had a decent amount of trading volume is seriously dying and getting dumped. I believe that this is somehow the community fault because everyone prefer using Poloniex and there is no balance between exchanges which makes announcements like these screw things up.

SDC is now Particl. Particl swap ended a couple days ago (hence the dump). The fact that it is still being bought, is a testament to the stupidity of bots.

Perhaps they do. Best to move all delists out quickly

It would be great two have two or even three other exhanges with asimilar interface and crucially similar liquidity to Polo. There just isn't really much competition on those fronts.

Yes, it's like other exchanges go out of their way to be bad.  On some you can't even see your history with the coin page where you are expected to make the investment.

Not too happy with them lately, especially with their inability to pay WA State a licensing fee.  It's not like they're going broke.

At least it shows they're curating good coins.  I saw most of those coins were bad at the beginning, but enjoyed riding them and
copied them to Bittrex.  Curecoin is a good coin and has a great team.

Do you own some of the delisted coins?

Fortunately I don't have all those coins. I stll prefer dogecoin and eth because the price is stable and listed in many or almost all exchangers.

I think they shouldn't have planned to delist CURE as it is a coin dedicated for a good cause of finding cure to diseases by folding protein. Very similarto folding coin. And the rest of the list is alright other than finding QORA in the list. Perhaps we should tweet back to polo and let the know what the community feels.

--------------------

I did a quick search, didn't see any other exchange that trades QORA. You probably need to just dump them now on Poloniex before the delisting. Sorry about that. There is a QORA wallet you could move them to, not sure what you will do with them after that though. I will keep searching.

My respect for the Gulden developers grew again as they have insisted not to be added to Poloniex. I also know which coin I will continue to invest in.

Is this a joke? If the "Gulden developers" are telling you this they are lying 100%. you actually believe they "insisted" not to be added to Poloniex and that's why they haven't been listed? LOL

You are right. You can withdraw them if you like, and trade them on other exchanges. I opted to sell them, as they will go down further as others find out the news. Maybe I will buy back in for cheaper, but really a delisting from Polo is kind of like the death sentence for a coin. So, I decided to sell them. Smiley

Damm SDC at 50k again that was fastest correction ever to me : )
Month ago hero of 5$+ today 0.39$ good lesson for low volume shitcoin holders. ,

Users who have the crypto-coins below in poloniex do not forget to withdraw their balance or sell them, since after Poloniex remove the crypts from your list you will no longer be able to withdraw or exchange for bitcoin.

i have for  2 years deliseted memory coin/NAS/JinJang in portfolio ^^ so they keep them for a while.

Dangggg. Woke up to huge losses on NOBL and NSR...

I was thinking about selling my NOBL and buying back in a few days after it was done being pumped the past couple days. I didn't pull the trigger though, because it still has a low market cap and could pump even higher. Should have pulled the trigger.

Oh well. They are a very small % of my portfolio.  Smiley
They're delisting coins from their exchange. Not from your wallets right ? If your coins are saved on their wallet, they'd still allow you to take it out before locking the wallets ? You can anyway trade them at other exchanges. No ?

You should pull the trigger now!

Yes, very true. CureCoin had the same pumped price some days ago, right before its price crashed today.

I bought NSR a couple of weeks ago for 32, sold out at 39 just before the big increase to 61.
I do that kind of thing quite frequently, but sometimes I feel better about it when stuff like this happens!

It is crazy that the price of the above coins are so dependent on Poloniex. I wonder what would happen to a 'major' alt if they were dislisted. How much would ETH fall if Poloniex deslisted them for example?

Qora is the only one of those coins I traded in, and fortunately I had already sold off my position earlier in the week. I agree that it is highly suspicious that these coins all get pumped 3 days before the announcement.

I don't actively trade on Poloniex although they are the best trading site in the crypto currency industry, compare to other exchanges like ccex which delist coins every month poloniex seldom delist coins because they seldom accept coins which has no potential in the market.

I had some QORA and IOC I woke up today looking at a huge loss on both of them. Luckily I was on big profits already and I just dumped them, moved my bitcoins to bittrex and bought back them. Shady behaviour by Poloniex.

Yes, the pump occurred before the announcement this morning. Insiders were allowed to get out and it is very unfair. I managed to sell half my Myriad at a good profit because I knew it was a pump as there was no news from the developers but now we know the reason. Sad
My respect for the Gulden developers grew again as they have insisted not to be added to Poloniex. I also know which coin I will continue to invest in.

why are they delisting Myriad coin it was a good coin! i saw the price go to the moon recently so that must be the reverse effect of Poloniex delisting it! weird but true. and it usually has a decent daily volume whenever i check it out.

although someone said that they want to add more coins so they are removing small ones to free up some resources. new coins like PIVX. that would be great though. a new pump would be on the way.
