Gradually this issues are already gaining attention which we can really able to put assumptions that it would go the same path with Gox. Those indications are really a sign that they do really experiencing problem.Just like others been told here better to play safe and moved into another exchange if you do really have the strong doubts that this might happen. Possibilities are always there.

I'd the above problems that you stated are true then I think it is pulling a Gox. These are all the telltale signs of an exchange running on fractional reserve and wantinf new deposits to cover pending withdrawals. And this isnt just a problem for the traders, people also take altcoins as collateral for loans and store them on poloniex.
I've been using bitttrex since 2016, never had a problem. Always had faster deposits and withdrawals than polo too.

Can't say much about it, I hope not. But I think it would be better now to start moving out of poloniex and use another exchange, but the process should be slowly. No response to support email or tickets.

Unfortunately I'd have to wait a lot to do that but I'll be on it as soon as I can.
Maybe bittrex is the solution for us.
