When I try to access your link I get this message "If you are looking for an image, it was probably deleted" so does it mean you've been able to solve your issue by your own? If not you should better open a thread in the Scam Accusations section. More people will see your thread there.
Have you tried to reach them on Twitter : @poloniex and @polosupport. They are less likely to ignore your requests if they are public, because it could hurt their reputation otherwise.

Sorry about all of this, and too bad that we can only offer you advice on things you can try out, but only poloniex can release your funds to you, because only them have the keys to the wallet and they control the funds. I don't know how effective it's going to be, but maybe you can seek legal advice from a lawyer in your location, as an addition to the advice you have received in this topic.

I've checked the unofficial[1] subreddit of Poloniex and it's sad to see most of the threads there it's mostly about delayed withdrawal/error and people telling that if they're becoming scams. So if they're having issues with withdrawals, it might also affect most of the deposits.

I agree to the suggestion of Potato that you shouldn't stop contacting them in all of their channels and in every platform they have.

Very disappointing service delivery from Poloniex, I honestly had high hopes for them especially being in this business for such a long time...3months that's a long time to ignore anyone, and the worst part is that they aren't doing you a favour but running a business  and money matters deserve to be handled with urgency.

OP you would want to try to get their attention via social media such as Twitter(X) or telegram were they are active

As you already know now that there are no representative from Poloniex on this forum. Have you tired to reach their social media handles. Sometimes it is helpful. However beware of the scammers. They will pretend to be from Poloniex and ask you to make more deposits in different addresses. Only find the official accounts from their website and reach out for the solution.

Jeeez, this is like 2017 poloniex support.

Have you tried to escalate your ticket number to their twitter support and official telegram? -- i know it says "there's no support" but who knows they could forward your ticket number to support team if you ask for it. In other words, leaving a note to them esp since 3 months is damn too long.

You could also try to make some noise in twitter which I'd say is the most popular community platform rn for crypto spaces. But lots of things get buried nowadays, I think you'd need some help from those with decent following to push more exposure.

What was the reddit image, BTW? it's unavailable on my end.

Sadly, there isn't anything anyone here can do for you except offer general advice. Poloniex's live chat seems ok. I just started it with a fake question just to see if they will respond. I got connected to an agent within 20 seconds. You don't have to be logged into your account to speak with someone via live chat. Try to log out or use incognito mode to start live chat to ask what's wrong and where your coins are.

The funds moving from the address is not something suspicious, that's how all exchanges operate. You do have an address assigned to you for your deposits, but funds are always sent to the exchange's hot wallet shortly after your deposit.

As for them not crediting your deposit, there is nothing much you can do sadly aside from continuing to try and reach out to the support, they are the only one who can help you.

Hello,

My 3 deposits worth 4655.1 USDT have not been added to my account for 3 months. They have not responded to my support requests for 2 months. Live support button does not appear. I think they blocked it. I log in with VPN and type. But always the same answers. Moreover, 2 days ago, the money in my wallet address was transferred to Poloniex's main wallet. They are currently using my money that they did not add to my account. I don't know how legal it is. If authorities want to inspect it, ticket id: #1684094
