this now support tikecting poloniex is bad
before poloniex much problem, if ticket close this mean problem is solved

It took 21 days but they are closing tickets

My case they have closed the tickets without serving them.

I have 70 days tickets open and a lot of money inside I can not reach.

Here is the replay from "Charles", idem to all my tickets ( he did not even read them, they are all different and same answer)
