I think this is just a technical error and will be resolved quickly. All of the sites that are already trusted will never give bad service!! . For if that is done then the reputation and users will provide Feedback was bad anyway. The likelihood of CS was busy or maybe holiday. So wait until tomorrow and see the results

Failure to complete withdrawals, no customer support response...etc..

Either their system is terrible and can't process withdrawals (or customer support pertaining to them)

or they're short on funds and are trying to cover it up..

Be careful leaving funds in the hands of these clowns...

When price moves up like it does now, most of the exchanges of course don't like when customers try to take advantage of that and leave the platform.
Therefore only hold smaller amounts at exchanges, otherwise...well now you know what happens.

Now only poloniex but most of the exchanges will provide you trouble while processing withdrawals. Because they dont want you take advantage of this high price increase of bitcoins. if you are not trading at any exchange at this moment and have your coins there, its better to move them to you wallet before the exchanges slow down the withdrawal process. I have already started moving my funds from exchanges to my desktop wallet.
Right, because the price of bitcoin is rising, for now, They attempted to make their user is thought to withdrawals. You need to be patience to wait for your withdrawals.

you should never keep anything on exchagers in the first place. use exchanger for a short time and cash out immediately. if you encounter a problem with your withdrawal or hear about troubles then it is already too late. and you are stuck

p.s. this topic should be in services discussion board.
