If you see you getting banned by chat than try to clear cookies from your browsers or try to use different browsers. I haven't had those issues like chat banned with them. I also think there is something related to your browser, if it persist contact support again. Good luck.
you polo staff? you say you have had 0 lag issues so what was all that ddos crying in polo chat about and no one was able to make trades . they need to clear their browser cookies? THE SITE LAGS FOR NO REASON ALL OF A SUDDEN FOR MOST IF NOT ALL FACT WHAT THEY NEED TO DO IS SORT IT OUT INSTEAD OF SPOUTING OUT!BULLSHIT CLEAR BROWSER COOKIES GARBAGE.

instead of insulting other forum members, just use another exchanger.
luckily there is no lack of good exchanger for trading altcoins, check out bittrex or go to coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/ and choose one of the exchangers listed there. nobody is forcing you to use poloniex, i have left their exchanger a long time ago and now i am happy with bittrex.

I had many lags one day when my internet connection was very very low, so when i made any buy or sell order the button was clicked twice which made me many loss which i didn't wanted, the same was with the withdrawal, every operation was like i was clicking 2 times the button, so i think check your internet connection stability.
internet speed is 40 megs noob and pc is a beast dont assume the company is right you idiot. freezing of orderbooks and inability to execute trades is what we are talking about here.

You called me an idiot?? or i didn't read it right, I'm telling you from my experience that i had in the very near past and i assume that it was because of my unstable internet connection and the site was acting slow on my actions(clicks).
well i dont have the problems you had so i dont see your point here . maybe you should read thread subject before replying . if your net is slow then i expect everything lags for you not only polo. you want me to break down the irrelevance of your post even further ?

you're calling them scammers because of some lag and chat bans?
no i,m calling them scamers because they have a issue and are blaimin client side. eg pc is not strong enough blah blah well internet and pc is more than good enough for their site so thats that sorted. and they themselves admit to having known issues so wsup with the bullshit and the fascism with the bullshit chat bans for pointing out their fud.

what about the other users? have you asked them if they are experiencing the same problem? I've been using poloniex for a while now and the only time I experience severe lag was when ETH go nuts. but that can be easily fixed by turning ETH or some other alt off. have you tried that?

yes that seems to be a major factor ether trading bots seems to take over the whole shit . and this people blaming user hardware . thats just dishonesty and insulting peoples intelligence diverting the blame on user hardware / browser is not cool to say the list.

Lol probably the lag is due to your internet.
And chat bans is probably because you're a "dick". Don't take it to serious. Just lock this topic please unless you have REAL proofs that they are a scam website.
who said anything about scam you noob?

Then move it to an appropriate board. This is "Scam Accusations". If you have an actual scam to report please use this format:

Huh ok POLONIEX lags is starting to look suspicious to me . . when issue was reported to them they blamed my pc which i will post pictures of later. they said oh your pc can not keep up with load on website !ikr! . and kept banning me from their chat whenever i confronted them there has the guy in the support ticket was messing around . (dishonest lags continue)  and the banning fascist are work banning anyone that points out their dishonesty. just got 1 day ban for this (TOTAL BULL UP IN HERE) what makes the fool that banned me think he can stop people from saying such things ? what a douchebag company trying to abuse the fact that most rely on them at mo .
