Simple, if borrower will keep your BTC full 48h, you will get back 4.4+ 0.0078%/per day(2*0.003432-15%)=4.4058344BTC
did you try bitfinex? why they provide so high rates, are they secured?
Interest rate depends on the available supply, and not always higher in bitfinex, few day ago in polo, when btc price rise rate was even 0.2%, so you should keep track of it.
