7 Days, I almost 1 month is enough to make me annoyed, no answer from Poloniex, if you look at Poloniex twitter account then you will read a lot of complaints things like this, my fund is not much only $ 1,000 USD stuck there, can't withdrawal because my account is in frozen without notice cause.

Poloniex Support isnt known for being the most responsive.
I'd recommend moving your money out of there, sooner or later it will disappaear.

Nowadays it has become a trend (due to the increased number of users) for exchanges to not respond to support tickets within a reasonable amount of time. I don't think other altcoin exchanges will do much better in this case.

Poloniex has been suffering from problems for quite a while now, which caused traders to flee to Bittrex, but this exchange in current days suffers from the exact same problems, which is a shame.

The only alternative is to make use of dedicated Bitcoin exchanges such as Bitstamp and GDAX. These are probably the very few exchanges that at least are handling everything in a much better and humane way.

It's a common problem regarding Poloniex support these day.
What's your problem? delayed deposit? pending withdrawal? account disabled? or Funds being locked?
Actually, the best way is contact their support, but if there is no answer, just create a new account and ask for support.

Hello Everyone,

I am writing to raise awareness of my situation.
7 days have passed since i submitted my ticket for profile verification issues.
I have submitted a clear and concise ticket with proper documentation.
Still no reply.

Im doing some information gathering and wondering if anyone reading this has had any recent interaction with Poloniex support.
Any tickets submitted after Aug 1st been replied to or resolved?

Any information helps. Thank you
You are not the only one who do experience this thing which there are lots of similar users do have this problem but I would say theres nothing to be worried off because they would eventually work on your verification. I would really say that their support system nowadays do already sucks compared into those earlier years as far as I remember. They should really get those moments back where support is really responsive.For now op, just give them some time and sending them ticket once in a while would be always a good option too.
