OK thanks for sharing this, i will send them ticket and will wait for their reply till than i think its better to lock this thread.

I have tried to reset my poloniex password because i forget my old one, but i am not getting reset email in my gmail account. Poloniex says it have sent me reset email but i have checked even junk mails, there is nothing from them. Tried multiple times in last few days everytime site says email has been sent but i am not receiving it.

Am i the only one who is having this problem, or others are also getting same issue?
